This page offers guidance for those who wish to ask questions, explore the Light and Sound path more deeply, or join the monthly Global Meditations.
Some visitors may simply want a clearer understanding of meditation, awakening, initiation, inner Light, inner Sound, or the journey of the soul. Others may have had a powerful spiritual experience and may be looking for reassurance, context, or personal guidance.
The purpose of this page is to help each seeker find the most appropriate form of support, without pressure, expectation, or unnecessary complexity.
For many questions, the AI Guide Albert can offer immediate reflection and guidance. For deeper or more personal matters, it may also be possible to make contact with someone who has long-standing direct experience of Light and Sound Meditation.
Speaking with Albert
Albert has been created as a personal awakening and meditation guide.
It can help with questions about meditation, awakening, initiation, Enlightenment, consciousness, spiritual experience, and the wider journey of the soul. Many people find it useful because it allows them to explore questions privately, gently, and at their own pace.
You may approach Albert in whatever way feels natural.
You may ask simple practical questions.
You may describe an experience you are trying to understand.
You may explore deeper questions about consciousness, the soul, death, awakening, and spiritual development.
Albert is not a replacement for direct inner experience. Nor is it a substitute for human guidance where that is genuinely needed. It is best understood as a reflective guide: a clear, patient, and accessible way to explore the teachings presented throughout this website.

When to Make Personal Contact
For most general questions, we encourage you to begin by speaking with Albert and exploring the answers that arise through that dialogue.
However, there may be times when a human connection feels more appropriate.
This may be the case if you have had a powerful awakening, if you are uncertain about an inner experience, if you feel strongly drawn to initiation, or if your question is personal, subtle, or difficult to express through ordinary words.
In such cases, you are welcome to make contact.
Please use this option gently and only where it feels genuinely needed, so that personal guidance can remain available for those who most require it.
Email Contact
If you would like to make a personal enquiry, you may email:
You may briefly explain what has brought you to the Light and Sound path, whether you have had any experience of inner Light, inner Sound, meditation, awakening, or initiation, and what kind of guidance you are seeking.
There is no need to write at length unless that feels natural. A simple, sincere message is enough.
Global Meditations
Around the world, many people are discovering the stillness, clarity, and depth that can arise through meditation on inner Light and inner Sound.
The Global Meditations are a simple monthly opportunity to sit quietly with others in a shared field of stillness, goodwill, and inward openness.
This is not a formal event in the usual sense. No registration is needed. There is no pressure to perform, achieve, or report anything afterwards.
You simply sit where you are, become still, and allow your attention to rest inwardly.
Some may follow the breath. Some may listen for the inner Sound. Some may rest in the inner Light. Others may simply sit in silence, prayer, peace, or open awareness.
What matters most is sincerity, stillness, and the quiet intention to join with others in a spirit of inner openness.
When to Join
The Global Light and Sound Meditation takes place on the first day of every month.
There are two meditation times:
● 09:00 UTC
● 21:00 UTC
You are welcome to join either time, or both if you wish.
You may sit for a few minutes or for longer. The length of the sitting is less important than the quality of sincerity and openness you bring to it.
If you are hoping to open to the Light and Sound, you may inwardly ask to receive whatever help, awakening, initiation, peace, or guidance is right for your spiritual development.
Then simply sit in stillness and allow.

How to Sit
Find a quiet place where you are unlikely to be disturbed.
Sit comfortably.
Let the body become still.
Allow the breath to settle.
Use a mantra gently if this is part of your practice.
Then let go.
There is no need to visualise Light or imagine Sound. There is no need to force an experience. There is no need to compare your meditation with anyone else’s.
Some sittings may feel peaceful. Some may feel ordinary. Some may bring subtle inner changes. Some may open more deeply.
All should be approached calmly and without pressure.
A Quiet Shared Intention
The Global Meditations are offered as a simple act of spiritual service.
Each person sits where they are, yet inwardly joins with others who are also becoming still. Over time, these shared moments may help strengthen peace, clarity, compassion, and goodwill within ourselves and, perhaps, gently radiate outward into the wider world.
The intention is not to escape life, but to become more deeply aligned with the Light, Sound, stillness, and love that may guide life from within.
