Light and Sound Meditation is traditionally taught through three main initiations. These initiations mark the unfolding journey of the soul, from the first direct opening to the inner Light and Sound, through a deeper stabilising of the meditation, and finally towards Enlightenment itself.
The First Initiation
The First Initiation introduces the meditator to the inner Light and Sound. It is the beginning of the conscious journey within, where attention is gently turned away from the outer world and towards the deeper reality of the soul. For many people, this is the first clear recognition that meditation is not simply relaxation or quiet thought, but a direct opening to the spiritual current that has always been present within them.

The Second Initiation
The Second Initiation deepens and strengthens the meditation. It helps the meditator become more firmly established in the inner Light and Sound, with greater clarity, steadiness, and trust. This stage is often concerned with integration, commitment, and the gradual transformation of consciousness as the soul becomes more naturally aligned with the inner path.

Enlightenment
Enlightenment is the fulfilment of the spiritual journey. It is not simply an idea, belief, or temporary experience, but a profound shift in consciousness in which the illusion of separation begins to fall away. Through the continuing grace of the inner Light and Sound, the soul is drawn into a deeper recognition of its true nature, beyond fear, individuality, and limitation.

The Journey of the Soul
The three initiations are not separate achievements, but stages in one unfolding movement. Each initiation supports the next, helping the meditator move from first contact, to deeper stabilisation, and ultimately towards liberation. The path is gentle, direct, and rooted in the living experience of inner Light and Sound.

Introduction
The Initiation we speak of has been performed throughout the ages and is mentioned in spiritual books such as the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita.
The biblical story of John the Baptist and Jesus strongly suggests that John revealed the Light and Sound Energies that were referred to as the Holy Dove. In the Bhagavad Gita there is a wonderful description of Lord Krishna revealing his Divine Form to Arjuna.
Light and Sound
The seeker is put in touch with the Energies of the Spiritual Realms through an Initiation into the Light and Sound. Although we use the same words, these are not to be confused with their physical counterparts; they are not detected through the lower senses. In particular, the Light can have an indescribable quality and brightness and seems to be alive. Meditators report feeling an immense love and joy when connecting with them.
Even after experiencing the awe-inspiring wonders of these Energies, it is impossible to recreate them in the mind. They are not the result of wishful thinking or an overactive imagination.
True Spiritual Knowledge is always imparted; it is never found in books!
Transference
The Initiation itself is traditionally performed by a light touch on the head by a Teacher who has attained the state of Enlightenment (alternatively, Energy Transference can be done remotely). This process creates a connection between the seeker and the Higher Spiritual Realms or Planes of Consciousness.
Our understanding is that the source of the Energies is the Intelligence we refer to as “This is Us”. They guide our Teachers, who act simply as conduits.
When a person is Initiated, there is a whole spectrum of possibilities that range from being subtle to absolutely mind-blowing.
Global Meditations
In response to the growing number of people around the World who are Awakening to deeper questions—about life, purpose, and the nature of reality. We are now conducting monthly Global Meditations. Many individuals are reporting Spontaneous Spiritual Experiences, including glimpses of inner Light, subtle Sound, and profound shifts in Awareness. This rising tide of Awakening calls for a new approach, one that is Universal, inclusive, and timely.
Rather than working individually, we now offer a collective Meditation experience on a global scale. These events take place on the first day of each month, at two specific times: 09:00 and 21:00 GMT. This ensures that no matter where you are in the World, there is a moment when you can pause, open yourself with intention, and receive the Energies in unity with others.

Path
After an Awakening there is an inner Path that can be followed, which leads ultimately to Enlightenment. Although you can receive teachings to help you along the Way, the Light and Sound Energies are your Guides when you sit on your cushion. The Sound will guide your expansion, and the Light will teach you what you need to learn.
They are perfect Teachers and, as such, will wait until the student is ready. You cannot control your meditations, and your mind can inadvertently block the Light and Sound. All that is required is to let go and trust. This sounds easy, but generally needs dedication, perseverance and practice.
All meditators will declare that when they made progress it was generally when they least expected it. People often report that the Spiritual Energies somehow took hold of them and propelled them along the Path.
